I am a mom. I am a wife.  I am a Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a pastor’s wife.

I have two amazing daughters who teach me about love and life on a consistent basis.  I have been married for 12 years to Adam.  He is hard-working, handsome, amazingly gifted, and is in the top of his class for doing dishes and cleaning bathrooms.   I enjoy the simple things in life:  great friends, great conversation, great food, nature, and new experiences.   Someday, I want to travel extensively around the world to as many places as I can get to.

By profession, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Orlando, Florida at Charis Counseling Center.  It is an honor and delight to walk with others as they seek the Lord, take risks in loving Him and others, and cultivate an attitude of growth and learning.  In regard to my style, many people describe me as accepting, trustworthy, encouraging, discerning, and lovingly honest.

I have a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies (Ministry and Psychology) from Southeastern University and a M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary.

I am currently pursuing a Certification in Christian Spiritual Direction.

My work with individuals and couples has changed over the years.  I realized that behavioral and cognitive changes weren't at the heart of change.  It is the soul, drawn by the Father, that truly sees the fruit of change.  I work with individuals and couples in a confidential and safe approach to assist in this change.
